The Challenge

This e-commerce client in the home appliance industry had a website with solid products but stagnant organic traffic. Despite having been online for several years, their search visibility was limited, key product categories weren't ranking for high-intent buyer keywords, and their blog content was thin and unoptimized. Paid advertising was their primary acquisition channel, and they were looking to reduce dependency on ad spend by building sustainable organic growth.

Key issues identified in the initial audit:

The Strategy

We built a multi-track SEO strategy that addressed technical foundations first, then content and authority.

Key Lesson

The biggest gains came from the intersection of technical fixes and content, not from link building alone. Fixing the crawl and duplicate content issues allowed Google to properly index product and category pages that were previously being diluted. Once those pages were crawlable and optimized, the backlinks amplified their authority rather than being wasted on uncrawled URLs. The Challenge

This local plumbing business in the Phoenix, Arizona market launched in 2020 into one of the most competitive local service niches in the US. Key Lesson
